FAT Agent HQTerms of service
These terms cover your use of FAT HQ, provided by Spruik Co Pty Ltd (ABN 61 695 444 645). By creating an account you agree to them. The FAT Agent plugin itself is open source under the MIT licence and is not covered by these terms.
The service
FAT HQ stores FAT Agent audits, runs checks on pages you choose, charts results and sends alerts. Audit findings are automated guidance, not a guarantee of search rankings, security or legal compliance. The service is provided as is, and we work hard to keep it accurate and available.
Your account
Keep your password and plugin keys safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Only check what you are allowed to
Only add sites you own or are authorised to test. Scheduled checks make ordinary requests to public pages; do not use them to load-test, probe or harass sites you do not control.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is free. Pro and Agency are billed monthly through Stripe, in Australian dollars for customers in Australia and US dollars elsewhere, and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from Plan; you keep the paid plan until the end of the month you paid for, then drop to Free. Prices include GST where it applies.
Your data
You own your data. Download any site’s audits as JSON from its case file, and delete your account from Settings at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing here excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will email you about material changes at least 14 days before they apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
